Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap, specifically targeting 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning systems to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability.
- Identify emerging technologies and conduct feasibility studies for future product development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
