Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving R&D, Product, and Operations to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to technical teams.
- Build and maintain partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and technology partners.
- Oversee the budget allocation for innovation initiatives and ensure ROI on strategic investments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-level initiatives that have resulted in measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital technologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is highly preferred.
