Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead AI & Quantum Integration: Spearhead pilot programs for AI-driven automation and evaluate Quantum computing applications for enterprise scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
- R&D Leadership: Establish partnerships with tech startups and research institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the technology budget, forecasting needs for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a high-performing technical strategy team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum computing trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing long-term strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
