Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive experiences
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 15+ concurrent projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Mentor 12+ engineers and product designers in emerging tech domains
- Present breakthrough findings at CES, Web Summit, and Davos forums
- Drive patent development targeting 20+ annual filings
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable innovation track record
- Proven success scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred for global collaboration
