Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Tech Stack Evolution: Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of the market curve.
- Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen solutions and manage vendor partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years specifically in future-tech or R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Emerging Tech.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and acting on them before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
