- Lead high-level R&D initiatives to pilot and validate breakthrough technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to translate technological possibilities into actionable business strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for the adoption of disruptive technologies.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and strategists to ensure alignment with global market shifts.
- Monitor competitive landscape to ensure Nexus Horizons remains a step ahead of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a focus on emerging tech.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and innovation in a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape leading into 2026, including AI ethics and sustainable tech.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
