Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to execute the roadmap with precision and agility.
- Innovation Management: Scout, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical strategies into business value.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and resource planning to ensure optimal utilization of talent and capital for 2026 initiatives.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technological risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
