Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen computing paradigms
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-neural hybrid systems
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Author white papers on AI ethics and quantum security frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with patent portfolio development
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Clearance for federal tech innovation programs preferred
