Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Develop strategic implementation frameworks for next-gen tech adoption
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships in cutting-edge tech ecosystems
- Drive ethical AI and sustainability initiatives in product development
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
