Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements to drive data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual reports and presentations
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Recent bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of SQL database queries and data modeling
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience with Tableau or Power BI
