Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on merchandise
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
