Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales records
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Zero prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Reliable transportation to downtown DC location
- Authorization to work in the United States
