Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our proprietary software
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- No prior hospitality experience required
- Valid California ID or work authorization
