Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation

- Adhere to company safety and operational standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (typing, email, internet)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts
