Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we are happy to train the right candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
