Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we are looking for attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
