Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately update and maintain patient records in our secure database system Coordinate appointment scheduling and verify insurance information
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve patient concerns
- Document all interactions following HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills
- Contribute to team performance goals and quality metrics
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
