- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Learn and implement product knowledge across all departments
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
