- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve scheduling and billing questions
- Process insurance verifications and eligibility checks
- Support new team members through our buddy program
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
