Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and product knowledge.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
