Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, applications, and account updates accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery processes.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss performance goals and company updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
