Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, troubleshooting issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and comments within our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals.
- Process Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions and provide feedback on processes to help optimize our service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
