Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train all new hires.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
