Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop new skills
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
