Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and team performance.
