Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in onboarding new clients to our platform.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet quarterly targets.
- Prepare daily reports on client satisfaction and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
