Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer data within our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Learn and utilize various software tools to track customer interactions and account status.
- Prepare daily reports on customer feedback and data discrepancies.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
