Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various internal and external sources and perform data cleaning to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, visual dashboards and reports using tools like Excel or Tableau to summarize key performance indicators.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that can improve operational efficiency and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field is preferred; High school diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies in data sets.
- Problem Solving: Proactive attitude and the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
