Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into company databases and spreadsheets with high speed and precision.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, and completeness.
- Organize physical and digital files to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Assist the senior management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments regarding project updates.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Update and maintain contact lists and internal records as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

- Reliable transportation required for on-site work in Washington DC.
