Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network engineers on connectivity issues
- Assist with hardware/software deployments across 50+ endpoints
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity awareness training sessions
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation (1:4 schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic networking concepts
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
