What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows/Mac OS is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa office.
