Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ users
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems using MDM solutions
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability assessments
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor network infrastructure and alert on anomalies
- Support cloud services (Azure/O365) migrations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- 1-2 years of IT internship or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid California driver's license for site visits
