Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Document IT incidents and maintain service desk ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for data protection

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
