Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Assist with network administration tasks including security monitoring
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train users on new technologies and company systems
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
