Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot security incidents
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
- Assist with cloud service management (AWS/Azure) deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking
- Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional client site visits
