Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware
- Assist with network connectivity and system diagnostics
- Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Train end-users on software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for site visits)
