Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients
- Install/configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience highly valued
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus (not required)
