Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance of desktop/laptop equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Deliver exceptional user training and support documentation
- Monitor system performance and report security vulnerabilities
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site support
