Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify system bottlenecks and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
