Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Hardware Installation: Install, configure, and upgrade peripherals, servers, and workstations.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets, issues, and resolutions in the internal database.
- Training: Participate in ongoing technical training to stay updated on industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
