Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Log and track support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and devices.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software solutions and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior experience required—we provide full training.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
