Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client hardware and software issues.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, friendly manner.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
