Job Overview
As an Entry Level Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the technical assistance they need to succeed. We offer a hands-on learning environment where you can grow your technical skills quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in network setup and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
