Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety charts.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
