Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product assistance and checkout operations
- Manage inventory stock, pricing, and visual merchandising displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized sales floor presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
