Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store remains clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
