Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about our offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and performance targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
