Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Upsell additional products or services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the sales floor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
