Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional activities to answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
