Responsibilities

- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and product knowledge quickly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
